1. Acceptance of Terms


These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the South Bay Elite Transportation LLC website and all transportation services provided by South Bay Elite Transportation LLC.


By using our website, requesting a quote, making a reservation, contacting us, or using our transportation services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Service Policy.


2. Services


South Bay Elite Transportation LLC provides professional chauffeur, black car, private transportation, airport transfer, point-to-point, hourly, corporate, and special event transportation services, subject to availability, scheduling, vehicle availability, safety, and applicable legal requirements.


Service availability may vary based on location, date, time, traffic conditions, road conditions, airport rules, permitting requirements, and operational limitations.


We may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater quality, when necessary, due to scheduling, maintenance, safety, availability, or operational needs.


3. Bookings & Reservations


Reservations may be requested through our website, online reservation system, email, phone, or text message.


A reservation is not confirmed until South Bay Elite Transportation LLC provides written confirmation by email, text message, reservation confirmation, or other written communication.


Customers are responsible for providing accurate trip information, including pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, passenger count, luggage details, flight information, contact information, and any special requests.


We recommend booking transportation services at least 3 hours in advance. Same-day or last-minute reservations may be accepted based on availability, scheduling, vehicle availability, and operational needs.


4. Pricing, Fees & Payments


Prices may vary based on trip type, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, vehicle availability, service duration, traffic, airport fees, tolls, parking, wait time, extra stops, special requests, and other service-related factors.


Quotes are estimates unless confirmed in writing by South Bay Elite Transportation LLC. Final charges may change if the trip details change, if additional time or stops are requested, or if extra fees apply.


Payment may be required before service, at the time of booking, or upon completion of service, depending on the reservation type. We may accept credit card, debit card, electronic payment, invoice, or other approved payment methods.


Customers are responsible for all approved charges, including base fare, hourly charges, wait time, extra stops, tolls, parking, airport fees, cleaning fees, damage fees, cancellation fees, and any other applicable charges.


5. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds


Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund.


Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the reservation total.


A no-show occurs when the passenger does not arrive at the designated pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time without contacting South Bay Elite Transportation LLC. No-shows may be charged in full.


Tolls, parking, airport fees, third-party fees, additional stops, route changes, extended wait time, cleaning fees, damage fees, and other non-refundable charges may not be eligible for refund.


Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund evaluations may take 3–5 business days.


6. Passenger Conduct


Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely at all times. Passengers must follow reasonable instructions from the chauffeur and must not engage in unsafe, illegal, threatening, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.


South Bay Elite Transportation LLC reserves the right to refuse service, end a trip, or remove passengers from service when passenger conduct creates a safety concern, violates these Terms, violates applicable law, damages property, or interferes with the chauffeur’s ability to operate the vehicle safely.


Passengers are responsible for any damage, excessive mess, cleaning costs, fines, penalties, or losses caused by passenger conduct, including damage to the vehicle, spills, stains, smoking, vaping, or other prohibited activity.


Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, and unlawful activity are not permitted in our vehicles.


7. Delays & External Factors


South Bay Elite Transportation LLC is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, route changes, or missed flights, meetings, events, appointments, or connections caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.


These circumstances may include traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, construction, airport delays, flight changes, mechanical issues, law enforcement activity, government actions, public emergencies, natural disasters, unsafe road conditions, or other force majeure events.


We will make reasonable efforts to provide timely service, communicate with customers when possible, and adjust service when practical and safe. Customers are responsible for allowing enough travel time for airport check-in, security, traffic, events, and other time-sensitive plans.


8. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Bay Elite Transportation LLC’s liability for any claim related to our Website, reservations, or transportation services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


South Bay Elite Transportation LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed flights, missed meetings, missed events, lost business opportunities, lost profits, travel disruptions, or other losses caused by delays, cancellations, customer error, third-party actions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.


Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability where such limitation is not allowed by applicable law.


9. Lost or Left Items


Passengers are responsible for keeping track of their personal belongings before, during, and after the trip.


South Bay Elite Transportation LLC will make reasonable efforts to locate and return items left in our vehicles, but we cannot guarantee recovery of lost, stolen, misplaced, or forgotten items.


If an item is found, the customer may be responsible for any reasonable costs related to returning the item, including delivery, shipping, additional travel time, parking, or other related expenses.


10. Website & Intellectual Property


All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, service descriptions, design, branding, and other materials, is owned by South Bay Elite Transportation LLC or used with permission.


You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, or use our website content, logo, business name, photos, or branding for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
